Any idea how to make such a delicious and practical looking cookie?
I would be thursty after eating the cup and have to order another coffee to wash it down. Or is it served with water on the side? Don't suppose it comes carb-free?
Two or three part mould (left side, right side, seam split thru the handle, with a tapered weight in the middle.) Torte base recipe? !!! Try using silicone shot glass moulds for ice cube glasses possibly filling the inside with hot water or pie pan beans to weigh down dough.
