ITJB Wonder Cake Week 13 Heads UP!

I assume no one would really measure baking powder in  CUPS for a 9" x 13" cake, but that is the only errata in this recipe... please use 1 and 1/4 TEASPOON of baking powder... the % and volume columns are correct.
