but you have to bring desert !!!!  Did some Indian flat bread tonight on the grill , some Naan, but nothing like your fancy do Roti that came out so neat and tidy even though it was all squished up at the end :-)

Me bring desserts??? You already have lunch and dessert covered :) I love the way you add fruit on your lunch plate! I'm guessing it not only tastes great but it looks so good, I love colour on my plate and you have ticked all the boxes! Oh I'm interested, by grill do you mean you pan fry or BBQ your Naan??? I have been toying with the idea of trying bread on the BBQ, I must try it! We love Naan :)

in a cast iron slillet that was on a gas BBQ grill.  Mot sure what you call that.  But we have baked flat bread s including pizza on a stone that is on the BBQ grill too.  Both worked out fine.   I think I prefer it baked but the crunch bits from the fry pan were very tasty too.   Here is the Naan post
