Fergasa bread

I am brand new to this site - and I am in need of some help.  I found a reasonably decent recipe for fergasa bread - but need to know how to 'assemble' it - the first loaf I tried had the correct taste and aroma - but looked nothing like it does when I buy it from Fort Langley Bakery - anyone have any ideas?

Perchance, do you mean fougasse?

It's call fergasa here - it's a cheesy bread - with hot sauce - garlic - green onions - it's delish

I think it's supposed to be baked like a pull-a-part loaf - gonna try that method next!

Thanks!  I think I'm going to adapt my recipe - I will shape dough into small balls - coat in melted butter and then bake - like monkey bread is baked - I don't want a typical loaf shape - but I really like that recipe you found!!
