Hello, friends!

I'm Dan... Used to be a chef, now I sell books. And, since I now have my own oven, I plan to bake!

Got my two sourdoughs (one 100% WW and one 60% WB) and am planning so many different things!

Welcome to TFL. You will find lots of information by using the search bar at the top left of the page but if you can't find what you are looking for just ask on an appropriate forum. There are lots of home and professional bakers who will be ready to offer advice.
