Hello from Indiana!
I grew up on fresh bread...both of my parents grew up in Chicago, and they couldn't get the same quality of bread here, so they made their own. Well, now I have my own family and I want to start making my own bread. I have dabbled a little here and there, but I really want to stop buying bread from the store.
I am also interested in grinding my own grain, but I don't have a grinder. Does anyone use a food processor successfully? I might just give it a shot, but I don't want to burn up my food processor. I'm not quite able to purchase a grain mill at this time...or I wouldn't question it.
