Finally a Sourdough to share
This morning I finally baked a sourdough that I feel good enough about to share with all the amazing bakers on this site. Syd I can not thank you enough, I used a modified version of your technique. It was still underproofed when it went into the oven but, hey I'm not complaining. Sorry the pictures are from my phone as I do not have a camera.

Thank you Mini, I appreciate it. I was real happy with the way this one turned out. Like I said it was still a little underproofed so it had bigger oven spring than I expected but that was ok. Hopefully soon I will have some better pictures to post, I have a world famous Celebrity and Fashion Photographer that wants to use my bread for a Product Photography Class he is giving. So it will be nice to be able to post some real pictures instead of the ones from my phone.
