Hi everyone,

I am just starting up my own business as an artisan bread baker from my home kitchen.

I have already got a double oven range but am looking for another two freestanding ovens possibly to go on top of my work top surface ( preferably electric). 

I have looked at double ovens but the top one is always smaller than the bottom and I would like both the same size.

Has anyone got any suggestions or advice.

Have you asked local authorities whether there are environmental or public health regulations you have to be aware of before you start selling your products publicly?  Best to do that in advance of the trouble you can get into if you run afoul of those regulations after spending lots of money on equipment and the like.
