Hello Vacanta,
I would like to network with other home bakers to share and learn more on baking artisan breads . I joined the meet up group in south jersey , waiting to hear back from them on the next workshop. Would you be interested in attending a class at Le Pain Quotidien bakery in N.Y.C. ,the next openings class slots are in june or july ?
