Just made my first baguettes and rolls using Peter Reinhart's Lean Bread Recipe. They were just delicious! So glad I heard about this site, it's very informative and friendly!

I started with Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day. Clearly, I still need practice with shaping, but the rest of the process turned out fine. The bread was delicious.
