Hello from Pittsburgh, Pa!

Just made my first baguettes and rolls using Peter Reinhart's Lean Bread Recipe.  They were just delicious!  So glad I heard about this site, it's very informative and friendly!

Glad you found the site.  Wow - baguettes can be really difficult, so that's  a feather in your cap.

Which Reinhart book are you using?

Looking forward to reading about your future bakes.

I started with Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day.  Clearly, I still need practice with shaping, but the rest of the process turned out fine.  The bread was delicious.
