I read all the time about Savory Focaccia and they say use your imagination as for what toppings to put on it. So, I decided to try to do a Sweet Focaccia instead of Savory and thought "Who doesn't like Smores?". I'm using fine ground Graham Crackers, that I grind by hand in my mortar and pestle, as a portion of my flour. If I get it perfected I will post the recipe and hopefully some pictures. Wish me luck.
