I bought a used Hobart mixer do you know where I can find a manual?

Hello there :)

I am new here and so far love this site! I recently bought a Hobart mixer to help aid in my bread making.  The mixer came with all original attachments but is missing a manual. I was curious if anyone knows where to download one, or if I can use standard Kitchenaid info? Mainly I am curious on mixing speeds of doughs etc so as not to harm the engine and respect my little gem. I have seen some helpful info on forums discussing vs. models and such, but haven't seen any relevant to my specific model. Thanks for your time much appreciated!! :)
