About 15 miles north of Columbia in a town called Ridgeway. Asheville is just close enough you could make a day trip out of it but just far enough you would rather make it an over-nighter

I just love playing with yeast...though I have been playing with liquid fermentation the last few years. Took up bread to go with the beer and wine I make :)
