please can anyone help i have been given a breville bread maker to get me started but it dosnt have a manual i have tryed to find one on the net with no luck,
I cant wait to try making my own bread can you help

For basic “just to get started” bread all you need to know is the capacity of the machine, then hit your local library or bookstore and get one of the many, many books on bread machine baking. (I’ll put in a plug for The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook by Beth Hensperger, I loved this book.) The machines all work pretty much the same on basic settings but some have additional special features. Try to conact the Breville company with your model number and see if they can help.
If in doubt stick to a 1 to 1 !/2 lb. loaf recipe. The 1st link above will get you to a loaf of bread by tonight, but the recipe they post seems like a large loaf. Many general recipe sites have bread machine recipes.
