Hello everyone! I am new on here though I have used the site several times over the last year or so. I have been baking all our bread for about a year and half and what a difference! We enjoy it so much more, and weirdly eat less bread than we used to (well, not including those first few weeks when the smell couldn't keep us from cutting a slice every time we walked through the kitchen).
