Looking for parts and manual for magic mill 2

I have googled and googled but not much luck. My daughter "inherited" a magic mill 2 from grandma-in-law but it was missing 1. the separator cup, 2. the filter (foam F fliter) and 3. the manual. I have determined that cups are no longer available new (only used if I get lucky or customize a magic Mill3 cup) and the filters may be similar to a KTec or Blend-Tec filter but the manual is NOWHERE.

Any help is appreciated.

I assume you already found the Magic Mill spare parts site, but if not, it may help.   I found the foam filter listed on this page.  It may also be helpful to contact them about the separator cup.  They may be able to tell you if a later model cup will work on your MMII.  I have a MMIII and I have the manual, but it is a III so it will not do you any good.  I can tell you, though, that there is not much in the manual for my III.  I have not looked at it in years.

Best of luck

I would hope the manual would have a  "How to use" section and hopefully some direction on cleaning and disassembly.Exploded views, perhaps? I am amazed at how little info is available on the internet about these machines-they seemed to have been popular enough.

In regards to "How to use", her mother-in-law showed her to load the hopper and THEN turn the machine on. I have a WonderMill which is VERY clear that the machine must be running before the hopper is loaded or it could jam with grains.

The filter has been missing a long time and she believes there is some blockage/flour buildup. Grandma had the machine for many years and it has probably never been cleaned. It has also sat in the cupboard for several years, unused.

Thank you.

and I have taken digital photos (7 of them)  of the pages with meaningful information.  The pictures seem pretty readable to me.  If you would like to have them, send me a private message with an email address, and I will be happy to send them along to you.    There are instructions and a picture or two in this manual.  You might be able to tell what to do on the II from this, and you might not.

My manual includes a specially highlighted note to the effect that you should always turn on the mill before you pour in the grain, and I agree with you regarding the risk of doing otherwise.  Perhaps something was garbled in communication on  that point.  As for cleaning, my III does not require much, but it does require a special little brush with just the right bends in it to get the job done.  You need one of those brushes, or a straight "bottle brush" with a wire handle that you can bend so you can get it into the two holes that need cleaning.  There are pictures of this operation in the manual too, but not very good ones of the brush.   If the II and the III mills are similar (I've never seen a II) I can send a picture of my brush if you want.
