Hello, and thank you for this awesome site. I have been visiting daily for months now, gathering much knowledge along the way. I've been baking bread for a few years but the past year I have been finding myself in the land of artisan loaves. I do also enjoy baking enriched breads and rolls, sweets, cakes, muffins, cookies, biscotti, etc. My biggest problem is I don't have enough people around to eat all the baking!
I live in a tiny Saskatchewan town (pop 800) where it's mighty cold at the moment so frequent baking is indeed comforting.
