Waking up my sourdough starter!
I am waking up my sourdough after it has sat in the back of my fridge for close to a month!any advice?I started with making a pound of it and am hoping to make more. I am so excited to start baking bread again!!!




Wake up just a small portion and after a few discards & feeds and a healthy yeast growth, build the starter to the required amount.
