Here's a loaf that I made on a whim. My regular sourdough recipe twisted into a pretzel! With sesame seed "salt" on top, of course :)
I also used the no-preheat method of baking. Worked well! Instead of an hour preheat then 20-40 minutes baking, this was 30 minutes set to 525 (the oven reached 525 just as the 30 minute timer went off) then 15 minutes at 450. The bread was 205F inside.
