Super flavorful baguettes in NC
Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone has gotten a really great baguette in North Carolina? One with a great crumb and deep intense flavor?

Stick Boy Bread Co. in Boone, NC has some great baguettes. They make a plain and a whole wheat baguette. They also have maybe 50 other artisan breads that they make on a weekly schedule. I believe they also have a shop in Apex, NC. I live in Lenoir, NC about 30 mins from Boone and frequently stop at Stick Boy when I am too lazy to make my own bread. Check them out online.
