I am a new member from Kentucky.  I am an organic farmer in Rockfield, KY.  I grind my flour and bake sourdough, and as many french pastries as possible.  I am just starting to use fresh yeast exclusively in my baking.  A small bakery is in the works in our new farm shop and I am looking for new and new pastries, cookies and breads.  

I use a NutriMill for grinding and a Bosch Universal for all of my grinding and mixing needs.

Welcome to The Fresh Loaf.  The site is several years old now and has accumulated an enormous amount of information, ranging from helpful tips to problem diagnoses to recipes to friendly chatter.  Odds are pretty good that most issues a home baker will encounter have been addressed at least once, if not multiple times.  So, make liberal use of the Search tool at the upper left-hand edge of the page for specific topics that interest you.  There's probably an answer or three lurking out there.  And by all means, feel free to ask if you don't find what you need for your specific issue.

It sounds as though you have a lot going on!  Please post whenever  you can about your baking triumphs, disasters and puzzlements.
