Krakow bagel with cream cheese and gravlax

I made some Krakow bagels a few weeks ago from ITJB and kept them in the freezer.  I also made my first batch of gravlax from some organic salmon that was farmed in Norway, it's basically cured salmon and very similar to lox.

I decided today was the day to try my new creation!
