Hello and welcome to the bread baking experience! It is most rewarding once you get the hang of it. Where are you in Malaysia? I'm in Kuala Lumpur. It's great to know there are other bread bakers around here as I think most of the amateur bakers here tend to do cakes and biscuits instead.

I am a new to baking bread as well. I have noticed over the past few days that if I type almost anything in the search I can find the answer. Great site.
