Dough trays - 26" x 18" x 6"

I've found a bunch of dough trays cheap and can get some extra for anyone who wants them in the area. I'm near Johnson City, TN. I'm going through Asheville, NC on Monday Nov 7, if any breadheads down there want some. $7.50ea. Dont have pics, but just google 'pizza dough tray'

I made the mistake of buying these too.

They don't fit in a home oven.

I have 8 or 10 of them collecting dust downstairs.

I wonder if I could just give them to a local bakery? I'm sure they'd have a use for them.

are we talking about the same thing?

these are for fermentation, not baking in. made of plastic.

We're not.

I retract.

I was talking about sheet pans, which is what I thought you meant by "dough tray". I failed to see the 6" depth on yours.

You're talking about these:

i wondered when you said they wouldnt fit in the oven

full size sheet pans can be handy for non-baking stuff. great to do messy kitchen chores on or to put cooling wracks on for items that will be glazed or have seeds that fall off.

if you cant think of anything to use them for, i bet you can sell them on craigslist no problem.

Hold the couche

I use a couple of full-size sheets to hold my breads that are proofing in a couche. When I'm ready to bake, I just carry the sheet pan out to the oven and load away.

Darn, I could use some.  Just

Darn, I could use some.  Just moved from Johnson City to Richmond last year.  If we have any friends who decide to come up for a visit soon, I'll give you a yell and see if they could bring a few up.

just let me know

i haven't picked them up yet, but he's had them for sale for a while and has tons, so i don't think they are going anywhere.
