Inside the Jewish Bakery & The Italian Baker [Revised]

Ored the two books, and they just arrived.  Can't wait to get into them.  Will start on Inside the Jewish Bakery to read first.

its a great read, I want to get the other book too, just picked up a book by the Cake Boss which was in the local supermarket on a sale table! that was interesting and generated some searches on google!
