Weekend Results

This weekend produced a sourdough with candied orange peel, cranberries and pecans, and rye sourdough crackers.

Loyd,

Okay, so I am looking at these wonderful loaves and thinking I have all the ingredients to give it a try but then I find no formula....and I think I better bug you and ask for one so I have something to work off of that has worked so nicely for you...or I could just use one of my basic lean sd formulas and toss in the ingredients you have listed but I thought I'd bug you first :-)

Any chance of a formula posting?

I used PR's basic sourdough formula from BBA, and added 5 oz pecans, 3 oz cranberries, and 8 oz candied orange peel.

THanks Loyd for this.  Now I know which is your favorite SD formula and should have know from one of your precious posts....now hopefully I will remember :-)

We're on the last loaf of this, and it has been a fantastic breakfast bread. I'm for sure making it again, possibly as early as next week :) The rye starter needs attention first...
