Eric, I got my forms at SFBI for well under $20, unlined. They do have ovals. Not what you're after? (I'm embarassed to post this after Paddyscake's gems above, but O well. It was my first try at applying some of what I've gleaned from y'all. I think the folding really did make a big difference, because this loaf was approaching pancake when it came out of the form, but it picked up pretty well in the oven.
