Hello from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

I'm Jimilyn from the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, area. I've lived here most of my life. I enjoy cooking but haven't baked bread other than quick breads. I ran across this site as I was doing an internet search on semolina...and ended up on a page for a lovely Semolina Loaf. I look forward to learning how to bake other breads.
