HiBreadsong, sorry, I didn't realize you'd written so extensively on the Kneading Conference. I should have checked first. I really enjoy your posts and all your wonderful bread creations! Theresa's site is one of my favorites. I've had such consistently great luck with her mother dough and her basic sourdoughs. She's restored my confidence!
