I've noticed quite a few Canadian bakers joining the site this summer, mostly in BC and Ontario.  I may just be noticing it since I'm spending the summer in Vancouver, but I suspect the weather has more to do with it.  It has been too hot to bake in much of the world but not here though.

On a Quebec note: I was born in Montreal and yet had never tried poutine until this evening. Sad but true. Not something I think I could handle eating very often but, I have to say, it was pretty amazing.
