Whole wheat flour and bran

My husband I own a mill in Statesboro, Georgia.  I am learning to use whole wheat flour in my cooking.  It is all-natural and not bleached, and much different than store-bought flour.  I've found that I can bake delicious zucchini bread, and I'm looking forward to trying the 10-minute banana bread I found on this site!

How big is the mill? What's the capacity/output? Do you sell to the public? What flours do you mill?

We have a grits mill and flour mill.  We have a website...go to www. freemansmill . com and you can see the mill and equipment.  Yes we sell to the public.  Our flour is wheat flour.  I am making banana bread tonight!  :)

I would love to see those mills on milling day, especially that old engine! But I live all the way in California.

I made this tonight, and it is delicious!  I used whole wheat flour that my husband milled at our mill.  I was a little concerned that the recipe didn't call for vanilla extract.  It seemed like it would need that, but it didn't.  It turned out perfect!  I will make this again and again!  Would love more EASY bread recipes like this one!
