I need a recipe by Easter for homemade artisian grissini - preferablly wholegrain.  Can anyone help?  Photo on end results would be great too. Thanks.

 

The Bread Bible by Beth Hensperger

has a recipe for grissini - no dairy and a combination of ap, ww and semolina. I've never made them but I usually have success with her recipes. Also a recipe in Bernard Clayton's first Complete Book of Breads, don't know about the revised edition.

I tried this recipe (The Bread Baker's Apprentice by Peter Reinhart) couple weeks ago, it came out good. Take a look at it, you might like it. I replaced 1 cup of white bread flour with whole wheat flour.
