making cookies
I recently bought a Kook e King machine for making cookies, I believe it is known as a cookie depositor. I don't have a whole lot of experience with it. Can anybody out there give me a bit of advice; or a good, well tried recipe so that I can understand what the ideal consistency of the dough should be? Thanks

Greetings,
Since this website is primarily home bakers interested in breads, you may find more information by contacting the company through their website http://www.kook-e-king.com/ or by phone (815) 943-6040.

Hi Mimi
Thank you for your prompt reply. I did contact the company without much success, this is not my first cry for help. I am running out of resources and I thought that someone here might have some ideas.

Diego, look around the company website. http://www.kook-e-king.com There's a page for each model with specific instructions and videos. If you have a bench model http://www.kook-e-king.com/benchkek1.html click on the instruction sheet and on the video. If you own another model, go to the correct page.
In addition, there's a page with several recipe. Find that at the bottom of their home page... Hope this helps.
