Hi from California
I'm new to baking, and new to the site. Just a quick post to thank all of you for creating and fostering this amazing resource. Quite an extraordinary community. I've already picked-up more practical, real-world, home-baking advice from browsing this site than my first couple of "artisan" bread books. (No offense to the books, just a tribute to all the amazing home-baking knowledge you all provide).
