Strawberry-Rhubard Cream Pie

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for an easy to bake Strawberry-Rhubarb Cream Pie..from scratch.  It's for my Sister  who is an occasional Baker, and who thinks it would be impossible for her to make this pie.  She had it at some restaurant in Chicago and has been talking about it since.  I told her there's going to be several people on this Forum who can make this entire pie from scratch (hope I ain't lying) and she won't have to be Board Certified to get it done.  We're talking crust and everything.  So if you have a recipe she'd love to have it.  Many Thanks...JimmyK
