I have seen two sites online which sell such machines.  Be sure to check them out.  I cannot tell you their names, sadly, but they were there when I went shopping for parts to such machines about 9 months ago.  I'd use "Hobart"  and "used" in my search as a start.

How much do you want to spend?

There are many, many options for 20 quart mixers, but they start at $1100+ USD.
