Hi - Donna here in Florida! I have become obsessed with this site and making bread. My neighbors love it because I am always taking them bread. I have to give it away or my husband and I would eat it all.

You do not have to give all of your loaves away. You can freeze some.

I was limited by how much I could bake too for a long time. I always wanted to bake a lot more than I could eat.
I finally decided to bake whatever I wanted and then give what I could eat to a local food shelter or soup kitchen.
They gladly take bread donations.
