This is a bread that I wanted to bake for quite some time.
It is a recipe from BBA with some changes I made to it. Instead of building the sponge with instant yeast,I used my white starter.
This bread is light as compared to the brioche. It will definitely make a good tea-time treat by slicing it horizontally and spreading it with buttercream or custard. And you will have a Provencal Beehive Cake!
