Bourke Bakery Semi Sourdough

Second attempt at this loaf and really pleased with the spring, it almost became circular!

Ah, bread! It always makes my mouth water. For a second attempt, the loaf you made looks better than most, I think. Well, better than my creation anyway. LOL By saying semi sourdough, does it taste more sour or sweet? Just curious. Sometimes I love sourdough and sometimes I prefer the tasty ones. BTW, don't let it bother you that your kitchen looks like that of a novice because some great bakers or chefs prefer the simple things in life.
