Brioche 3 ways ( lol Iron Chef Style)

Here is my first ever Brioche. I used the Middle Class Version from the BBA. I didn't get much oven spring I believe I let it over proof? The taste is wonderful. I couldn't decide what to make so I did it 3 ways lol. Cinnamon swirl loaf,Chocolate filled muffins and mini muffins filled with a mixture of spinich,onion,carrott,swiss cheese, mayo,salt,pepper, and a bit of nutmeg. My camera is at my husbands work so I had to use my cell phone and for some reason having a hard time getting my crumb shot of the cinnamon swirl to my email will reboot my phone nad try again but for now here you go. As you can see there are two bubbles at the ends of my loaf when I sliced it there is a seperation from the crust and the loaf? Over proofed? Maybe not enough kneading after all the butter was added? And as if it needed more butter but I brushed some on top just out of the oven and sprinkled with more cinnamon and sugar.
