Introduction

Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself and say how much I love this site. I am extremely new to bread baking, and started using the beginner's tips on this site. I'm learning alot very quickly! I LOVE CARBS, and as a 23 year old I think that should be allowed.

Thanks, and look forward to learning more.

My name is Michael Wyatt from Charleston Sc. My wife and I and our 20year old are students at the Art Institute of Charleston. We plan on opening a Traditional Bakery upon graduation. We would love some name suggestions. I am also a member of foodpals.com and love the comradery of the culinary industry.

I just moved away from Charleston! Saffron makes great bread, and they may even bake the bread for Five Loaves. Charleston is in need of some early morning artisan bakeries (for the non-culinary-industry folk), and I think they would be great in the Elliotborough/Spring Street area. It is nice to have little coffee/pastry places, but where's a man supposed to get his nice loaf of bread real quick?
