Glenn and Cindy Mitchell, former owners of Grace Baking Company, have established a new business location. My mother sent me a copy of a restaurant review in the Worcester, MA Telegram+Gazette of the Mitchell's new bakery in Gilbertville, MA.  They rehabbed a gas station/garage, installed a wood fired brick oven from Spain, and opened for business last July. The article describes their their baked goods and business operation. It sounds like they have fun at work.
