Hello everybody

Hello Everybody on this forum. My name is Waheed Ahmad and i am a Bakery Technologist by profession. I have a sound experience of having worked in Industrial Bakery and would like to interact with everybody in this profession. You never stop learning and interaction with fellow bakers will of course, enhance our technical knowledge in this field. I can also teach baking science to anybody voluntarity globally and i can also offer consultancy in Product development and new project in Bread, Biscuits, Cakes and all the related Bakery products. And welcome to The Fresh Loaf.  You will find a number of bakery owner/operators and baking instructors here who are generous with their hard-won experience and advice for those of us who do our baking at home.  Maybe it's because we outnumber them about 100:1 .  ;-)
