trouble with photos


I tried to post a pic and received this message;

 

he selected file /home/web/thefreshloaf.com/files could not be copied.

 

what did I do wrong?

I went to create content,

I went to create content, post image, Entered the title, clicked "browse" selected the pciture I wanted, clicked open, checked that the path/file name was there then clicked submit. It tried to upload etc then I got that message then :S

I dont know what happened :S
