I don't know if you would consider it white flour, yet Durum flour from King arthur is 100% Durum flour. It's very hard wheat of a yellow color.

Hodgson Mill Unbleached AP is the first one that comes to mind here. It is unbleached and unenriched. Basically, nothing at all added. I used to see this in Kroger stores in my area. Not recently though. Not that high in protein though, so may not produce a great yeast bread, on it's own.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour (unbleached and unenriched)

Be advised that, iirc, Eagle Mills AP is a blend of 70% unbleached white flour and 30% white whole wheat flour. May not give quite the desired results with yeast breads. But I guess that depends on one's expectations.
