equipment

Hi,

Artofex mixers; Werner & Pfleiderer low friction mixers, any spiral with 2 speeds and rotational bowl facility

Tom Chandley Deck ovens, or specialist brick-built wood-fired ovens, eg Chazal, France.

The rest would all be hand equipment really.   I guess Avery make the most robust scales here in the UK.

For provers/retarders, the market is led by Williams.

Best wishes

Andy

You're shouting again

Jeff has already mentioned that all caps is considered to be shouting.  Please use your indoor voice in this forum. I understand that you joined only 10 hours ago, but even a casual look through the posts should have made clear that this is not a group of teen-aged girls all shouting to be heard. We prefer to use proper capitalization and punctuation, and listen and respond politely. Shouting is not polite.

For the teen-aged girls who do not shout all the time, I apologize for the generalization, but you know what I mean, right? ;)

cheers,

gary

I understand you guys, life is really hard...
