Dutch crunch

I'm about to make the vienna bread that looked so good in several posts. Could someone who has made please it tell me if they baked the breads with steam and what temperature they baked at?

Hi Patsy,

Yes. I baked my Dutch crunch with steam. I prepared the oven as I would for hearth baking and baked on a stone.

Thanks dvuong, I put the dough in the fridge for tonight & will enrobe and bake it in the am.
