Vancouver Whole Wheat Flour?

I'm living in Vancouver and for the past few months I have been able to make nothing but mediocre whole wheat bread, because no matter where I go I find flour that isn't fully ground, and isn't very good. Can anyone recommend a good flour?

Thanks!

If you are refering to Vancouver B.C.  There is ANITA"S organic flour in Chilliwack and Costco carries ROGERS Whole Wheat and unbleached white.  Both excellent flours.

Hello Kate, Galloway's Specialty Foods has stores in Richmond and Burnaby; they have a great selection of flours.
As Albert recommended, Anita's Organic flours are really nice to bake with too.

We've been getting organic whole wheat flour at Green's for a while. However, recently they switched from a full ground flour to white flour with added bran. I believe Anita's is the same.

We shall check out Galloway's, though it is out of the way for us.

Based on the distinctions in wikipedia, I'm looking for "whole grain" flour. (the link to whole grain in wikipedia triggers the spam filter for some strange reason.)
