A newby to baking (only been doing the bread for 15 months) and only really started to get into sour dough making. Here is a pic of my last bake as of 3/8/11
Your bread looks great - the most important thing is how does it taste. Also, everyone also wants to a "crumb" shot and know a bit about the recipe.
I am baking bread this morning - Italian with sesame seeds - 8 loaves for the family supply ... a hobby that you can eat is definitely a blessing. Keep up the good baking.
So here is the pic of the crumb with a slice that was just toasted. The taste was great with a nice sour taste in the backround.
