I just found out about this place and thought I'd say hi before entering actual discussions.
My name is Remco, I'm currently 19 years old and live in the Netherlands. And I've just become interested in baking bread. I thought I might be able to learn a lot from everyone on here. And ofcourse, find interesting recipes.
